Opening Ceremony Foxconn

Objective:

Foxconn's 1st factory opening and investment announcement ceremony Foxconn is one of the leading electronics component manufacturers in the world whose registered investment is US$5 billions with huge projects carried out in many provinces in Vietnam.

Idea:

The opening ceremony of their new factory was planned to be held on the area of 50.000 m2 in Que Vo Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province. It was supposed to receive Prime Minister and as guest of honor.
The challenges for Teamwork Communications were to organize the event successfully and to create good feelings about Foxconn for guests and guests of honor.

Result:

premium entertainment programs After 3 months of preparation with all of the team's effort, the event was spectacular from the start with a formal ceremony with speeches and ribbon cutting, to the end with a and catering services. It was highly appreciated by the Foxconn's CEO, Mr. Terry Guo one of ten Asia's tycoons, and the special guest, Mr. Hoang Trung Hai Vietnam's Deputy Prime Minister.

Besides the event, Teamwork also carried out a professional PR campaign to announce Foxconn's appearance in Vietnam as a blue-chip investor which expected to greatly contribute to Vietnam's economic growth. 60 reporters and 5 TV crews were invited to the event. The PR campaign was successful with total coverage of about 100 news, 20 articles and executive interviews on nation-wide and online newspapers and magazines, and 5 TV news.
